Raise Money. Change Lives.
Meet Issac and Salem
Issac and Salem, students at Front Range Christian School in Littleton, Colorado raised over $1,100 for Petra School on the Rock and the library at Petra B by “shooting hoops” and playing basketball. Issac shot the basketball into the hoop and Salem cheered her brother on!
They leveraged their parents’ social media where they asked supporters to pledge a certain amount of funds per shot made during a 30 minute time period.
It’s so wonderful to see how supporters of Torchgrab Africa are using their creativity and unique talents and gifts to support the vulnerable children in the slums and help spread the gospel!
Starting a Fundraiser is Simple.
-
Get creative and come up with a fundraising idea for you or your group. It can be anything from a classroom bake sale to donating your birthday to an office team building event.
-
Give your campaign some style. Write a brief explanation and upload a photo of yourself. Choose an end date, set a goal — then publish your page.
-
You have your goal — so let’s help you get there. Post on social media or send friends and family a quick email to let them know about your fundraiser. If you’re passionate about education and helping children in poverty, chances are they will be too and feel inspired to contribute.
-
The best way to show your appreciation is to tell your donors how their gift has made an impact. Find stories about our work on our social media or News & Updates Page and share them with family and friends who contributed.
$10 provides education resources, tuition, food, uniforms, and more for one student, giving them hope, health and possibility.
How many lives will you impact?
