Dr. Claudia Porter has been involved in Christian ministry, teaching, speaking, church planting, and pastoring for over 40 years! She has a passion to stir up people to love and service. Her vision is to be a catalyst for mobilizing, encouraging, and motivating God's chosen people to a life of demonstrating-not just telling-the grace of Messiah to the entire world.

Claudia has a heart for orphans and vulnerable children. Before partnering with Petra School on the Rock and the church in Kenya, she led a ministry effort to build a home for 70 rescued abandoned babies in Uganda.

As an author, Claudia has been published in Chicken Soup for the Soul. Her latest publication, How to Live Up by the Power of Encouragement, provides a beautiful message on Joy.

She is founder and director for Choirfire, a ministry for children and teens. She trains them to be “Musicianaries,” to spread the gospel locally and abroad.

Claudia and her husband of 45 years continue to pastor, have 3 married children and 7 beloved grandchildren.

Hellen is deeply committed to transforming lives through education, equipping children with the skills and knowledge they need to build successful futures. Her passion for empowering young minds led her to found Petra School on the Rock with just eight students—a humble beginning that has since flourished into a thriving institution serving over 800 children with access to quality education.

Hellen’s journey is a testament to her unwavering faith, wisdom, and servant-hearted leadership. In obedience to God’s calling, she began by establishing a church and later a school, relying solely on her trust in God’s provision. Through her faithfulness and dedication, countless lives have been impacted—not only through education but also through the transformative power of the gospel. Her work has brought hope to the children and families in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya, leading many to salvation and creating a legacy of faith, learning, and opportunity.
