Torchgrab Africa STEM

Torchgrab Africa STEM, based out of Petra School on the Rock in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya is dedicated to giving children a hope and a future through mathematics, science, technology and engineering programs, resources and opportunities. This biblically based STEM Program aims to inspire the next generation of free-thinkers, excite learners of all ages, equip students with necessary skills to find future work and give all children a better understanding of the precision and design of the physical world that God has created.

Mission

TGA STEM promotes creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills that we believe will help promote economic growth in Kenya and support children by giving them skills to attain a future full of hope and opportunity! Through the STEM Program, students engage in innovative, hands-on technology and engineering activities like coding, programming, robotics, and computational thinking.
